As our Site Operations Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day operations by coordinating internal processes, managing external service providers, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple business functions as we continue to grow.

### **Your Road Map to Impact:**

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects and continuous improvements.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities.
- Partner with internal teams and external service providers to ensure business operations run smoothly.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building stakeholders.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects and continuous improvements.
- Maintain and optimize internal operational processes, documentation, and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate site logistics, and inventory for operational needs.
- Monitor operational budgets, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall employee experience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day operational topics across the business.

## Job requirements

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating external vendors or service providers is a plus.
- A valid Driver’s License
- Fluent in German and English.
