**What you will do**

- Ensure the compliance and smooth transition of new products & processes into the wafer test ecosystem
**What you will need**
- University Degree in semiconductor physics, electrical engineering, microelectronics or in a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a complex manufacturing environment
- First experience in people management preferred
- Passion to highly dynamic environments
- Strong, confident and clear communication skills and assertiveness
- Motivation to transform pressure into progress
- Effective Stakeholder management
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
