**What you will do**

- Manage potential conflicts constructively through objective, solution‑oriented communication, particularly in challenging discussions at the interface of development and manufacturing
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, supporting their professional development
**What you will need**
- Master's Degree or PhD in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience, depending on educational credentials
- Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology
- Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on semiconductor equipment
- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
- Very good communication skills
- Fluency in German and good level in English
