## Your key responsibilities will be:
- Owning the technical vision of our payment methods, our Apps, Portals and our checkout APIs
- Leading the design, development, deployment, and operations of the components
- Collaborating with product leadership to align technical solutions with business requirements
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the software engineering teams
- Planning and tracking budgets, ensuring cost efficiency of development and operations
- Ensuring engineering adhesion to best practices in security, scalability, and performance and fulfilling all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Staying on top of the latest industry trends and overseeing the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the platforms capabilities
## What will help to succeed in the role:\*\*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C\#,Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
