Our French subsidiary, based in Guyancourt, is a small, dynamic and rapidly growing team founded in 1989.   Unbox your future - your Mission In this role you'll be responsible for driving commercial development in the French market. Working from your home office, ideally near Rennes, Nantes, Lille, or Strasbourg, you will manage and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical industry clients. Your mission is to identify industrial projects for standard or customized equipment tailored to the specific needs of your contacts. Unbox your job - your tasks Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical industry clients Identify and qualify industrial projects for high-end packaging equipment lines Manage medium- to long-term sales cycles, from project identification to equipment delivery Collaborate closely with a dynamic team in France (technicians, salespeople, assistants) and Germany (design office, technicians, project managers) Ensure accurate reporting of all relevant information in SAP and Salesforce Plan and organize client visits effectively Unbox your assets - your profil Degree in sales and/or technical fields Proven experience as Technical Salesperson, Sales Engineer, or Account Manager in selling technical equipment (e.g., machine tools, industrial subassemblies), ideally to the pharmaceutical industry Strong technical interest, interpersonal skills, and commitment to commercial development Analytical and organizational skills; autonomous and proactive in planning Team-oriented, versatile, and adaptable to a human-sized company environment Fluent in English; mobility required (2-3 days/week) Proficient in computer tools (SAP, Salesforce) Conditions & Benefits Compensation according to profile and experience: EUR60,000-EUR75,000 Company SUV Smartphone, PC + business card + health insurance Your Contact
