What you’ll do :

As a User Assistance Developer Associate (f/m/d) you will:

- Work with subject matter experts to understand the product, and the information needs of users

- Plan and create product help content for users (for example, on-screen help and user guides)

- Help ensure good user experience by providing user-friendly, consistent UI texts and terminology

- Be part of an international team, spread across multiple locations


What you bring :

- A university degree in technical communication, engineering or a related subject, or a language-based university degree.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Experience working as a technical writer and/or in the software industry is an advantage.


You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in virtual, global, and cross-functional teams.
