## Job Responsibilities

- Design test strategies for various aspects of the game, determining what needs testing and how to approach it
- Apply industry best practices, research multiple sources of information, and leverage your expertise to improve testing methods
- Analyse existing workflows and processes, drive improvements and knowledge-sharing across the QA team
- Provide feedback on game design, suggesting improvements or refinements to the development team
## Expected Qualifications
- Some experience in a game development studio (internship, freelance, or other relevant roles)
- A strong passion for video games
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Farming Simulator
What would be a plus?
- Experience with Mantis bug tracking software
- Familiarity with Sony and Microsoft platforms, as well as cross-platform gaming
- A deep love for farming and racing games and experience with Farming and racing simulators
- Knowledge of or a strong interest in agricultural machinery, cars and motorsports
